Acceptence of Terms
By accessing our website (chillerhouse.pk), requesting a quotation, or purchasing any product or service from Chiller House, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and business partners who engage with Chiller House in any capacity, whether in person, by phone, via WhatsApp, or through our website.
Products and Services
Chiller House manufactures, supplies, and installs a wide range of industrial cooling and HVAC equipment, including but not limited to:
- Water chillers and air-cooled chillers
- Cooling towers (counter flow and cross flow)
- Cold storage cooling systems and cold rooms
- Fan coil units and HVAC duct systems
- Mineral water plants and RO water filtration systems
- Ice machines and drinking water coolers
- Compressors, evaporators, and condensers
- Dehumidifiers and water treatment plants
"All products are manufactured to industry standards and are subject to availability. Product specifications, capacities, and configurations may vary based on project requirements. Chiller House reserves the right to update or discontinue any product without prior notice."
Quotation and Orders
- All quotations provided by Chiller House are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
- A quotation does not constitute a binding contract. An order is only confirmed upon receipt of a written purchase order or advance payment as agreed.
- Chiller House reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion without being required to provide a reason.
- Any changes to an order after confirmation must be communicated in writing and may result in revised pricing and delivery timelines.
- Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.
Pricing and Payments
- All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of order acceptance.
- Applicable government taxes (including sales tax) will be charged in addition to quoted prices where required by law.
- Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Standard terms require an advance payment before manufacturing begins, with the balance due prior to delivery or installation.
- Chiller House reserves the right to charge interest or withhold delivery in the event of late payment.
